The BL house, completed in 2006, is a re-make of an existing suburban bungalow. Perched on an escarpment, the original bungalow ignored its remarkable views and siting opportunities. The remanufactured house features a 3 story bookcase through which the owners ascend each day from their bedroom to the kitchen and then to their studios.
