Designed for a prominent Halifax developer, the two 32 storey towers accommodate over 600 units. The project is intentionally focussed upon enhancing the urban condition with the addition of street related retail on every available face as well as a 3 season market space and a winter skating rink.
Professional suites, a restaurant, and a spa are also incorporated.

Architecturally, the building employs modular glass or concrete faces collaged to represent the diverse richness of the building’s residents.

Elaborate care was taken to reach the maximum allowable building density.
