While not a replica of the Gibson’s Antique Building, the new Selby’s is built on the metaphorical remains of that well-known Building. The project reminds the passer-by of the history of the neighbourhood, while injecting new vitality into the neighbourhood with its first rate café and small shop. A roof terrace is also anticipated.
